"Would you-" Sampson started to say, trying to say something he'd wanted to say for a long time, but something else forced him to rephrase the question to "Help me to the bathroom?"
"That's my job," Siris said, as she got his wheelchair ready. She then transferred him from his customized bed to his chair, and helped him along to the bathroom.
"Not what I had in mind," Sampson said, as Siris pulled down his pants, and his diaper.
"What did you have in mind?" Siris asked, as she placed him on the toilet, strapping him to it.
"Well, we've known each other for years, even before the accident," said Sampson.
"School, and collage," said Siris. "You were always writing your action stories, and I was writing romantic poetry."
"We've also been there during the times that dating someone didn't quite work out," said Sampson, as his body took care of business. "You were there for me with Sarah, and I was there for you with Lirz."
"I know," said Siris. "Neither of them were right for us."
"Well, maybe the ones for you and me have been staring at each other all along," said Sampson.
Siris looked at him. "What are you saying?"
"Well, I'd understand why you'd might turn it down, given the way that I am," said Sampson. "That being said, I, Sampson Sanguier, would like to take you, Sirisaniz Luranz, to be my mate."
Siris smiled at this. "I've had the same sort of thought myself." She then gave him a lick. "That being said...
