As Jake came back to consciousness, he felt he was comfortable. He sniffed, and smelt, not the terrible stench of Raxus Prime, but disinfectant.
"Where am I?" asked Jake
"Your safe" said a voice.
The voice sounded old, wise, as if they had experienced a great deal.
"You didn't answer my question" said Jake, opening his eyes. He wasn't in a hospital room. He wasn't sure where he was. The walls were beige colored, similar to pictures he had seen of the Jedi Temple.
"Am I in the Jedi Temple?" asked Jake.
"No" said the voice. Jake looked at the person who had spoken. The creature was male, and was wearing the same clothing as Jake's rescuer. He was small in stature, had blue skin and pointed ears.
"This is the Ilum temple, the home of the Saber Knights"
"How did I get here?" asked Jake.
"I took you here in my ship" said the blue creature "Raxus Prime is a dangerous place for anyone who's not a droid"
"Who are the Saber Knights?" asked Jake "I've never heard of you"
"You've heard of the Jedi and the Sith?" asked the blue creature. Jake nodded.
"The Saber Knights are an order of force users outside both the Jedi and the Sith, we are masters of the Lightsaber and using it in conjunction with the Force" said the blue creature "I am Saber Master Yano, I was once a Jedi, but then I founded the Saber Knights"
"Why are you telling me all this?" asked Jake
"You have a gift, a strange gift given by the force, I ask that you join the Saber Knights and let us help you harness your gift" said Master Yano "What do you say to this, Jake, will you join us?"
