"Dear Princess Celestia,
It appears that the favor I asked from you before will be needed now. Could you please give back the letter Twilight Sparkle has sent you the last week? I think (your name) will have use for it, now that Twilight has done so.
Spike
P.S.: could you also send out a medic? It would seem that it could be necessary right now."
A few second later, Spike burps out a reply from Auntie Celeste, then hands you the scroll. You open it to see the message given by the princess.
"But of course. Here you go, young one, and (your name), please take care of her."
"Wha..?" You read the second letter wrapped around the first.
"Dear Princess Celestia,
I can't bear to keep it hidden any longer. My crush for (your name) has been getting stronger each passing day, and I am too scared of what he might say. I fear that he might have feelings for somepony else, and I wouldn't handle it if he does. He's the only reason I have to fall in love with: the carefree air around him, the always positive gesture, the handsome prince charming of my dreams ('That right there might be taking it a bit way too far,' you thought). I ask you Princess, please help me earn his hand. I know it seems ridiculously since you're his aunt, but I just can't bear it! He's the love of my life! I ask for your help...
Your faithful student, Twilight Sparkle."
You stood there dumbfounded for a minute, with a look of regret upon your face. The whole time you were ignorant towards her actions which for someponies would've been way too obvious. But you came to a realization, you like Twilight as well.
There were times when she would ask for you to hang out alone. 'Dont think of it as a date, per se, if not, just a hang out,' were her words the first time she asked. At those times when you were alone looking at stars, you couldn't help but stare at her lovingly sometimes, as if it was a honeymoon phase wave.
"I didn't know..." You walk over to the balcony and stare at the ground. "Twilight..."
Spike was watching the whole thing and tried to comfort you. You feel a tug on your jeans and look down. He smiles and nods, somewhat telling you o accept it and be with your pony friend.
Just then...   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
