"Um." you start. "There's something I wanted to tell you."

"What?" he asks with a laugh, "You're gay?"

You freeze and your eyes go wide.

"You are?" he asks. "Shit. I was only kidding."

You nod.

"I'm sorry." he says. "I mean I don't have any problem with it. It's just that I had no idea."
