After all, he had never had many friends... until Nathasha joined his school last term!!!
he had ran into her on her first day here...
In fact... he had literally ran into her !!!
he was actually late for class that day and was running down the corridor, whereas she was walking round trying to find out where her class was.
Turning a corner nicholas ran straight into her and both went crashing down along with a pile of mopes and pails that the school janitor had, coincidently, near by....
which led to both of them earning a detention (from the school principals, whose room was on the same floor) and they were send off to class... which was when they discovered that Nathasha was in Nicholas' class...
It was as though it was fate, they struck an instant friendship and Nicholas walked into class with a bright smile on his face and announced to his teacher, "Ma'am, This is Nathasha.. she's joining our class!!"
