Chapter #5Coincidences by: Unknown All over the world a million shipments are made every day, sending over a billion products every day. With such a massive workload along with such a massive industry, there is bound to be some sort of mistake.
Atomoxetine is a very useful drug that has been developed in the recent years, helping a lot of people with cases of ADHD causing the symptoms of such a disorder to lessen. The pills that the medicine comes in can be gotten at any pharmacist, and are usually delivered through one of these millions of shipments.
Although, this time, the pills that are in the little packages sent through the pharmacist do not contain atomoxetine. See, a company off-shore decided to develop a drug that is supposed to enhance the hormone-development in farm animals, and sent those pills out for testing. But, because they made the pill-bottle the exact same as the bottle for the atomoxetine, they were mislabeled, sending god knows how many of these untested hormone drugs all over the continental United States, doing god knows what...
In the United States, a little boy just got shoved into the floor by his older brother.
"Ow!" The little boy yells.
"Shut up, maybe try to be more easy to dodge in the future!" The older brother yells back as he sips on his protëin shake.
Liam just got up, he was used to this by now, as he went downstairs to get some breakfast. It seems that he has not picked up the want to go start lifting weight like his brother has, and just enjoys playing Fortnite in his room. He sees his mom cooking some bacon and eggs while he sits down, pondering.
His older brother Nate was such an asshole. His mom always told him that one day he'll get big and strong as him but Liam thinks Nate just got lucky. He can't even imagine he was as chubby as he is when Nate was his age, and even if he was, that doesn't seem to have humbled him into not bullying his little brother for it. He just sighs, wondering if he'll ever be able to stand up to his brother. He gets the eggs and bacon served to him on a smile, as his mom smiles at him.
"Come kiddo, cheer up." She says. Liam did love his mother, even if her scolding Nate had no effect. Maybe it is because of hos he is treated but the love of his mom absolutely helps him get through the day. And then, his mom puts a bottle of Atomoxetine on the table.
"Also, I got this one for you this morning. Make sure you take at least one today alright?" She says, as she gets busy with the rest of the morning chores again.
After breakfast, Liam decides to...   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
