While the Mummy's Away

You walk outside to see Nefernina dusting the hallway and then you see her straightening a painting on the wall. You walk out to confront her as she wipes the window clean. "Nefernina," you say. "What are you doing?" Nefernina turns around and gives you a glare before she tries to stomp on you again. "Can't you see I'm tidying up you filthy human." "Geez, sorry Queen Cleofatra. You're a regular Felix." Nefernina swings her broom and almost hits you. "For your information, I'm going to be out of town for a few weeks. Running this apartment is stressful work, so I'm heading off to the Black Lagoon for a little vacation."
That's when it hit you. Nefernina was going to be out of town for two weeks, that meant nobody to push you around, spray you or cast cruel magic spells on you. "Woohoo!" you yell. "That's a vacation for everyone. I wonder if Cadence has some champagne around." As you walk away, Nefernina wraps one of her bandages around you. "Not so fast R.L. I'm hiring a temp to run the place while I'm away." You let out a scoff. "Anyone's better than a grouchy three thousand year old used toilet paper roll." Nefernina gives you the finger as you run off to tell Cadence the good news.
"Good news Cadence. The mummy's going to be out for two weeks." Cadence lets out a grunt and you could tell she knew something was up. "Oh come on. You hate Nefernina too. Anyone could be better than her. Heck, even Demona would be a better landlady than that grouch." Soon, Nefernina has completely tidied up the place and had packed her bags. You and Cadence decided to walk out and watch as Lupa saw Nefernina off. Lupa was one of the few monsters that Nefernina actually got along with.
As Nefernina was about to walk away, another monster walked up to her, presumably the temp. The temp was a tall blue furred minotaur with long red hair. She was heavy in body shape, but more muscular than fat and was wearing a black Shirt with blue jeans with a huge bulge in the front. You had no idea that minotaurs had udders, but then again, you'd never seen a girl minotaur before.
"Okay Bambi," says Nefernina. "Everything has been cleaned, Alicia is behind on her payments and Lupa has free run of the halls. I gotta warn you though. There's a human in my apartment building that's a real pest. I can't get rid of him, I'm afraid he's going to destroy it." "Oh don't worry Nefernina," says this cow woman in a southern accent. "I know how to handle humans. Just enjoy your trip." Nefernina shakes hands with Bambi and gets into her taxi.
Once Nefernina is gone, Bambi walks right up to the apartment and you look in fear because Bambi is very tall. She looks bigger than Chel but smaller than Petra. Nobody was bigger than Petra. But as Bambi came forward, you're wondering if this was actually an improvement to the previous landlady.
