Go to Lupa's Apartment.

by: M.K. Martyn Author IconMail Icon
You arrive at Lupa's apartment in Cadence's hand and she kneels down to set you on the floor near the door. She mimicked something to you that was her own way of asking if you wanted her to go with you. "Don't worry Cadence, I've had a lot of experience dealing with Lupa and the obvious advantage she has over me" you chuckle, semi-confidently. Cadence Laughs and leaves to wait nearby and listen for any commotion.

You turn to face the door. Lips pressed together into a blank expression, you straighten your jacket and psyche yourself up as you proceed to knock.

A towering Lupa answers the door very slowly. You can see she's still been crying and she was wiping her eyes as she opened the door. "Down here Lupa!" you yell, bracing your legs incase you need to run and let the 'Karate Cadence' do her thing. "R.L.! what are you doing here?" she queries sobbingly. "I'm here to talk. I don't understand some of the things you said back there. I'd like to hear you out before I make my mind up about you". you reply back as dignified as you can sound. After all, if this little facade turns out to be true then you've just insulted someone who might potentially end up being your friend.

"You can come in if you want?" she said trying her hardest to wrinkle out a smile through her 'Post-cry' face. "Uh, um yeah sure" you accept still weary. She bends down and offers out her hand. This was it, moment of truth. You quickly sneaked a glance over to see if Cadence was still there whilst climbing up. She smiled as if to say 'I'm right here if you need me', which was reassuring to the lingering doubt in your head.

Lupa lifts you up, smiles right at you and retreats inside with you in-hand. She sets you down on a table and sits down on the couch in front of you. You look around casually for a moment, briefly taking in your surroundings. Then you turn to Lupa. "The stage is yours. Convince me you're not evil". you demand with calm conviction. "Stop calling me evil!" she starts to sob up again but this time more argumentative. "I would never have eaten you for real!" she proclaims. "You're lying through your teeth Lupa! I've literally been seconds away from being in there!" pointing to her stomach. "You have to explain that!" you exclaim, justifiably exasperated. "I was just trying to get you to like me! I swear! I kept noticing how close you were getting with Candace and I thought you might find it attractive if I started acting a bit unpredictable and I got a bit out of hand" she tries to explain staring at the ground. She almost looked embarrassed.

"That doesn't really cut it Lupa. What about all the people you've boasted about eating? what about them! Was that part of 'the show' too?!" you fire at her. She glances up at you for a few seconds and sighs as she lowers her head again. "I want to be honest with you R.L. Yes I have and still do eat humans. But you never stopped to think about who I was eating. Some of those people were horrible human beings. Humans who had wronged me in some way. Yes a few of the reasons I ate them were petty, but some of them wanted to be eaten, if you can believe that" she dressed in a subtle pleading tone.

"No, I can't believe that. That is total horse! What human beings wanted to be eaten alive? Give me some context here" you call over folded arms.

Lupa takes a breath, lifts her head and holds eye contact with you for a few seconds before she speaks again.

"There were people who were close to death that just wanted to pass away somewhere quiet and peaceful. They saved a fortune in funeral costs, and they even had the service on top of my stomach. There were others who just wanted to be swallowed whole because they were in love with the thought of being inside my big belly, some of them were even young male and female humans. They would always ask to lie on my stomach and listen to my gut gurgle before they went in. I even managed to regurgitate a few of the ones who wanted to go in for a while then come out, so even if I did accidentally swallow you, I probably would've been able to get you out" she said with a wink and a few pats on her stomach but still remaining respectfully quiet.

You run your right hand through your hair and stare off while you try to regain your breathing. You're beginning to have thoughts you never thought you would. You look back and link eyes again, "You have to understand this is difficult to believe but I don't think it's impossible. Someone was that willing to give up their life to spend whatever amount of time they did. Digesting inside you?!".

Lupa nodded and took a breath in. "That's right, for some reason or another they all wanted to end up inside here" she shakes the dormant, gargantuan pot belly with her left paw which leaves it jiggling as she prepares to speak again. "I caught you glancing at it when you first came here. That's why I thought you would like that stuff" she says on an exhale.

You look up at the colossal bulk of fat that is, Lupa's stomach and muster up the ability to speak again. "I mean its big, really big! Compared to a human being anyway. I have to admit, it has always looked good on you whenever I've seen it from afar. I can see why people might like lying on it. I mean I guess it looks comfortable" you piece together in a slightly steady tone.

Lupa's eyes gently widened a little. She looks down at her bulging gut to take a hold of it then begins to rub it while she lifts her eyes back up to look at you. "Do you want to come and listen to it? Maybe have a nap together?" she says with a quick upward nod and a winsome smile.

You subtly gasp for the tiniest flow of air and look to the ground for no less than a moment before relaxing your shoulders and regaining your dwindling stance on all that makes sense.

"I can't do that Lupa. How could I possibly lay there without thinking about how many of my kind have lost their lives to form this?" you repel. "Well R.L. All I can say is I'm a monster and I do what monsters do. Maybe you could adjust to that the same way you've adjusted to the way Cadence smells. I can't imagine that was very fun for you when you first moved in. Now you ride around on her shoulder without a care in the world". she earnestly replies.

"I won't ever eat you unless you ask me to small fry" she adds with a chuckle after a pause.

You just breath and nod, taking it all in. you look up when she starts to speak again after a minute or two. "So you wanna nap on here?" she beckons to her towering plump soft belly.

You have the following choices:

*Noteb*
