Jumping in her shoes

As you settle down in her shoes, you realize that her socks are over sized, meaning you can climb in. With a bit of effort, you land inside her feet, pressed against bare skin. Third floor, says the elevator and she starts moving again. Once inside her room she take her socks off and throws them on the floor. A door slams shut, and you hear her in the toilet. What now?
