Chapter #2

Dark Ascension

    by: Unknown
Lydia smiled viciously. The time for her revenge had finally come. But she had waited for so long, a few more hours wouldn't harm. In fact, the more she would wait, the more excited she would get with pleasant anticipation. Yes, she wasn't going to enter the kingdom with a thunderstorm, she wanted to see the king's and the council's pathetic faces when she revealed her power. With that thought in mind, she grabbed a simple cloak, pulled it's hood over her head and walked out of her tower, towards the kingdom of Widowwood.

On her way, she couldn't help but to drain the lifeforce of her surroundings. As she walked through the forest, trees, bushes, flowers and even the grass withered around her. Simultaneously, she felt more and more power cursing through herself. It felt more pleasant than anything she had felt in years, but as she got near the first villages, she stopped, not wanting to get any unwanted attention. So she wandered unnoticed through the kingdom until she eventually reached the castle.

She walked right through the front door, when a guard approached her. "Stop! Who are you? Do you have an appointment with the king's council?" She looked up and smiled. "Yes, I do." Her voice sounded like the hiss of a snake, but before the guard was able to react, she had taken control over him. His eyes became lifeless and with a monotone voice he said. "Of course. Follow me." He let her through the giant building and eventually, they ended up before a big, oak-door. The entrance to the king's council. So many memories connected to this place. Some good ones, but the latest ones were pretty bad and helped her to light up her inner flame of hate even more.

As she entered, she drew back her hood immediately. The king and all the other people responsible for her banishment looked at her, their faces showing expressions from anger to surprise to shock. The king stood up. "Lydia, is that you? What happened to you?" She smiled maliciously. "Yes, it is I. I have returned after I gained the power of the arts of evil magic. This power could have been at your command, but you rejected it and now it is against you." To her dismay she saw that instead of crying in fear, the councilmen shook their heads. The king himself looked at her with sad eyes. "So you've returned to prove my decision to forbid this kind of magic right? Look at you, it turned you into a demon." She bit her lip. Even now, they were all still engulfed in their self-righteousness. She was sick of it. She hated this stupid kingdom and all it's inhabitants. With a voice much too loud for the size of her body she screamed. "No, not the magic I use turned me into this. It was you, you self-righteous insects! But it's to late to be sorry! I will ascend to be a goddess, while you will have to watch helplessly, waiting for your inevitable doom."

With that, she finally fully gave in to her powers. The rush of energy suddenly flowing through her body was overwhelming and she couldn't help but let out a short moan. Her body, too small and weak for her new powers, began to change to suit them. Before the guards, positioned at the sides of the door behind her, were able to reach the witch, she had already tripled in size, making them change their mind and retreat. Her robe ripped apart as she grew bigger and bigger. It was no constant growth. Instead, it came in many impulses, each time sending a wave of pleasure through her body, while her breasts jiggled up and down. She did not even feel pain when she hit the ceiling. Instead, she was crushing right through it. The councilmen screamed, jumped from their seats and tried to escape, but Lydia was blocking the entrance to the chamber. Only the king was still sitting there, gazing up at the ascending goddess. She couldn't tell if his eyes were showing regret, anger, sadness or resignation. When the high ceiling of the chamber was only barely reaching up to her hips, her growth stopped.

Looking around, she saw people running away, screaming, while the guards got in position to attack her. They really thought they stood a chance. That made her smile. A struggling prey was always more fun to hunt than one which had already given up.
