The giant goddess, determined to feed her growing gluttony, calmly strolled out of the burrow, leaving behind only a trail of bloody footprints that soon disappeared into the soft dirt of the forest floor. As Lydia traversed her way through the thick brush of the vegetation, she quickly found herself losing her balance more than she would have liked. Hell, her constant falling had injured her more than her meal had! Fed up with her sub-par coordination, Lydia took the opportunity to rest against a large oak tree and assess the situation.
It doesn't take long for the crimson-stained woman to discover the cause. Her tummy, instead of being at its normally flat state, had ballooned out. Stuffed with (most of) the half-digested remains of the dragon, her abdomen had swollen to the point that it looked as if she was nearly five months pregnant. Audible gurgling noises occasionally escaped from the round mass as her hardworking stomach did its best to process the outrageous meal she'd just shoved down her throat.
Lydia was shocked that she hadn't notice her belly's growth until now, though in retrospect, it did make sense. She'd been enthralled by the thrill of the hunt to the point that everything between her initial attack and the dragon's end as a pulpy mess was a blur. The only thing she could clearly recall was the pleasure she felt with each delicious bite. It filled her soul as the meat filled her belly. Along with her near-double growth, it was no surprise that a bulging belly was the least of Lydia's concerns.
Rather than being appalled at her discovery, the goddess rubbed her stomach with proud strokes. Like her height change, she considered it yet another trophy of her victory over the beast. She could picture the future now; one day, long after she'd conquered the kingdom, her bloated belly, perpetually filled by a daily sacrifice, would serve as a reminder to all those who dared to oppose her rule. A glorious future indeed.
