Profession: Bandit. Mercutio leads the band of theives known as "The Kingsmen". They are a feared gang in the no-man's-lands of what was once Washington, D.C. Staking the remains of the White House as their base of operations, The Kingsmen have a monopoly over the Chesapeake Bay trade route. Any nomad groups wishing to pass through the area must pay 40% of their profits to "Lord Mercutio" for right of passage. If they do not pay, a robbery is certain and death is likely. If they pay, they must still hope that the bandits do not get bored and rob them anyway. Mercutio himself is generally fair and honest, but he is also a ruthless dictator who controls his territory with an iron fist. He is adored by his gang and tolerated by the nomads because he keeps zombies out of the area, allowing for safe entry into the country en route to New Washington, America's current capital.
