Alternate ending to the clone wars?

Ah, now this is a treat for the imaginative types; not only does everyone's favourite Queen of Naboo fatten up, but you get to alter the course of galactic history, too! But how will the Clone Wars end this time around, and how is Padme affected? Well, here's one idea:

- Happy Married and Happily Fat: In this timeline, Anakin and Padme found it too hard to keep their relationship a secret any longer, and had to leave their respective occupations. However, despite an initial scandal, they're now free to focus on each other, and Padme starts to find that she's growing into married life in more ways than one... Is there difficulty adjusting to her more bountiful body, or does her weight gain simply sweeten the deal?

Of course, this is only a suggestion, and there's room for more options if this isn't your cup of tea.
