Climbing your sister's head

You decide that it would be safer to try to wake her up by shouting in her ear. You start to climb up her blankets, that being safer than trying to go up her face or hair. You position yourself over her gaping ear and shout "WAKE UP!" at the top of your voice.
What happens?
