When Caleb woke up in his bed the next morning, for some reason he felt as if something was...off. Sitting up, he rubbed the sand out his eyes and looked around, trying to figure out what made him think that. As far as his eyes could tell him, everything was pretty much the same. All of his stuff was still there, his weights, his posters, his shelves full of trophies and photos. But something still felt...different.
"Caleb, Mikey, breakfast is ready!" Caleb's mom called from downstairs.
Caleb shook his head, jumping out of bed to get ready for the day. It was probably just some figment of his imagination, like how he his mind made him think that some kid could appear and disappear in his room in the blink of an eye. As he got dressed, however, that feeling that something was off returned, however the rumbling in his stomach made him push it out of his mind. Maybe if he got some food in him he wouldn't be thinking that something is wrong when it's not.
When Caleb got downstairs and walked into the kitchen, he was greeted by a table loaded with food. There was at least twice as many food as usual, piled high and pipping hot.
"Whoa mom, why did you cook so much? You really went all out today." Caleb said as he sat in his seat.
"What are you talking about, it takes a lot of food to feed you growing boys, especially your brother." Caleb's mom said as she set down the carton of orange juice on the table. "Cooking food for you both feels like another full time job."
"Oh come on, it's not like the shrimp is gonna grow much." Caleb laughed.
Suddenly Caleb felt himself get lifted into the air, something big and hard wrapping itself around his neck and crushing his windpipe.
"And who is the shrimp around here?"
Caleb's eyes bulged out even more. His little brother, who used to be half his size, now towered over him. The hard thing that was crushing his neck was Mikey's now thick and muscular arm! Caleb tried to break free, but Mikey held him tight.
"Looks like someone needs to be taught a lesson about whose the big man around here!" Mikey laughed as he noogied Caleb, messing up his "older" brother's hair.
"Mikey, put him down and eat breakfast." Their mom said with a sigh. "Just because you're bigger doesn't mean you have to torture him."
"Yes mom." Mikey dropped Caleb onto the floor. Caleb gasped as he finally got a good look at his brother. Mikey had somehow grown into a giant! He stood 6'8" tall and with the biggest muscles he had ever seen, even bigger than the bodybuilders in his magazines! His arms filled the sleeves of the puny shirt he was wearing, though those shirts must've been 3-4XL! He must've weighed 320 lbs, and yet looking at the veins that pulsed underneath the skin Caleb had to say there wasn't much fat on him, if there were any! his pecs jutted out half a foot from his chest, and his jeans were so tight that Caleb could see every head of those massive tree trunk quads.
"M-Mikey, how the hell did you grow so big!?" Caleb asked.
"I ate my wheaties and lifted." Mikey grinned as he flexed his arm. The huge bicep swelled bigger and bigger until riiiiiiip the sleeve tore apart to make room for the 25 inch gun.
"Mikey! How many times have I told you not to rip your clothes!" Their mom said.
"Sorry mom, it's hard when I just keep on growing!" Mikey laughed.
Caleb looked between his mom and his huge not-so-little brother. Why was his mom acting so normal? From what he was hearing, it was as if Mikey was always this big!
Suddenly Caleb realized what gave him that uncomfortable feeling that morning. His room, even though looked the same, wasn't. His weights were smaller and worn out, his posters were all torn and messed up and his trophies...now that he thought about it, there seemed to be a lot less. And his clothes...looking down, Caleb discovered that instead of his usual tight fitting muscle tees and jeans he was wearing baggier clothes, and Caleb recognized the pattern on the shirt as Mikey's, yet supersized! he was wearing Mikey's old clothes, but somehow, they were all made for the new, bigger Mikey!
As impossible as it seemed, Caleb was now in a reality where he was no longer the "bigger" brother, but Mikey was!
