Eric got to the body swap centre early in the morning to prepare for this new reality, he was so excited to experience the world from this talented woman's perspective. About an hour later Melanie got out of her car wearing a long black dress with sunglasses and black heels, approaching Eric.
"Hey Melanie, I'm glad you were able to make it," Eric greeted her with a handshake.
"Well I've already accepted so it would be unprofessional if I didn't," Melanie responded. She valued the commitment that Eric was getting to to spend time with her, something she hadn't had in a long time. "What made you ask me? Not many people would be like that."
"If I'm honest with you, I value your commitment towards your job and I want to learn from you." Eric signalled to the door in order for them to make their way inside.
"I still can't believe I agreed to this," Melanie sighed as they walked inside.
They were shown by the doctors to a large room with multiple mods on sides of the room in 2s. The doctor asked them about themselves to get a clearer idea of what's going on and they each entered a machine once they are ready.
This better be quick as I have things to do, Melanie thought. I do value the work they put into this.
