Another Doctor needs help

One of the female Doctors (Dr.Cane) flags you to come to a room across the hall.

"Doctor, we need your help moving patient to a new bed." You follow the Dr. Cane into the room and see 5 nurses standing around the bed of a patient you recognize as Emma. She was notorious in the hospital for her size, being well over 9ft tall and 500 lbs, she was almost immobile after falling and breaking her leg a few months ago.

"Oh, hello Stan! How are you?" Emma says, giving you a warm smile.

"I'm just fine today Emma. Just here to help move you to a new bed."

"Okay Stan," The Doctor said, "We need you to push Emma from behind, while I and the Nurses pull her forward."

"Right. Will do."

Your team manages to get her into an upright sitting position with her legs hanging over the side of her bed. One the count of three, the nurses start pulling and you begin pushing. With great effort, you manage to slowly move her forward and up. Her immense ass soon leaves the bed and sigh with relief as the job is almost over. Suddenly your hands slip causing two things to happen. 1) You catch the tie on her gown making it come undone and the back flying open, leaving an unobstructed few of her intimidating backside. 2) You fall down onto the bed with an oof and look up in time to see the nurses loose their grip too and Emma begin crashing down....

You have the following choices:

1. try to roll to the side to escape
