At a hospital

You graduated med school at a very young age and managed to land a job as a doctor at the local hospital. Unfortunately because of your small size you were sometime tasked with checking patients "hard to reach" places.

One of them, a Ms. Hazelton, once came in complaining of constipation. Ignoring your advice and prescriptions, she decided the best way you could help her was by giving you a closer look and shoving you up her massive ass. She also thought it was best if you stayed in there for 2 days.

And if the patients weren't bad enough, the nursing staff seemed to enjoy tormenting you. 3 of the nurses once took it upon themselves to give you a complete physical. Their idea of a physical being seeing how well you could breathe under their asses, withstand spending a day in their cleavage while working, and whether you could handle having sex with all 3 of them (that almost killed you).

After that happened you were administered to your own hospital with several broken ribs and a fractured skull. You placed in the care of Dr. Sharona, a 9 foot tall African goddess with an ass that covered your entire body. She decided to use you for her own enjoyment while in your helpless state. It was the longest month of your life.

For the tenth time today, you wondered why you still worked there as you walk to the nurses station to get the work load for today.
