The ghosts and/or their friends tickle her

"I think I'll let the ghosts have some fun, this time." The vampire whistles and from the walls and floorboards come the ghosts.

Karmilla feels herself getting lifted up by the ghosts. She's parallel to the floor and her legs are held in place, as well as her arms over her head. The goats stretch her out, making her tummy show even more and feel even more vulnerable. Karmilla blushes, unsure if she should feel excited or scared. A part of her chose the outfit for situations just like this... But there's no telling what the ghosts will do to her.

"Bring her to me for a moment." The vampire instructs.

The ghosts move Karmilla so she's laying before the vampire.

"Well, well, my little ticklish witch." She likes Karmilla's belly, making her giggle. "What a predicament you're in." She smirks, continuing to tease Karmilla's belly.

"W-what are they going to do to me?" Karmilla pouts, blushing. The light tickles from the vampire are manageable but there are a lot of ghosts here....

"Oh sweety, they're going to tickle you of course. But that's not all..."
