Just to make it clear, these are the Garlarian versions

Articuno gives Ash some of its feathers which he can use this to slow minds, making it hard to disagree with him.

Zapdos gives Ash its feathers, so he could use the sound for subtle control.

Moltres gives Ash its feathers which he might use the dark aura to turn people into mindless servants.

Mew grants Ash psychic energy so to control the thoughts of others.
