"It does taste like cherry," you decided, tasting it for yourself. You and your father looked at each other, the world getting more and more dizzy before both of your perspectives shifted entirely.
"What the fuck?" you heard your own voice curse.
"It worked!" you gave a peppy cheer uncharacteristic to your father's body. "I knew it would work!" Gerry's jaw dropped. Or rather, your former jaw dropped.
"Could you..." Gerry paused. "Could you swap with anyone with this?" He marveled at the bowl in his now younger hands.
"Yeah! As long as you both drink from the bowl one after the other," you explain. "I found it in the attic. Crazy, right?"
"Son," Gerry looked very serious. "Have you told anyone else about this bowl?"
"No, you were the first one," you stated.
"Your mother?" Gerry asked.
"No, Dad, I only told you," you repeated.
Gerry seemed to slump down in relief, but you could almost sense a restrained smirk. "You thinking about pulling a prank on the others?" you asked, thinking how funny it would be to put one over on Carmen or Mom.
