10-16 year old boy disrespecting his single mom

Tom is a 16 year old sophomore and lives with his mom. Tom's father left when he was young so his mom has brought him up by herself.

Unfortunately, she was so scared about him wanting to leave that she always gave in to ever one of Tom's demands. As such, he was a whining little boy despite being in high school.

His mom, Megan, has had enough and decided that she was going to put a stop to this. If he was going to act like a little boy, well then, he was going to have to dress like a little boy right down to wearing diapers.

Of course, Tom's little secret, and it is little, is that he still hasn't hit puberty at 16 and is hung like he is 8. Tom is petrified of letting people know and often acts tough to compensate.

How does Megan bring Tom in line first?
