Alex's heels

You decide to take a chance on the gargantuan transvestite. You approach his stall and towards his feet. The high heel shoes he wore were huge. The things were 5 storeys of white patent leather that fidgeted constantly in the most alluring but terrifying of ways. Alex's left shoe dangled through the air barely held up by the toes of a long and slender foot with smooth, deeply reddened soles. A peek at the shoes swimming insole revealed that foot to be a size 14, much bigger than your average woman or even man's foot.

The towering intern was typing away, not bothering to check the floor that you were on so you had to get his attention. But how?
