It's his best friend from school, Zach. Being so different from everyone else, Robert didn't have very many friends but Zach didn't seem to mind and treated him like a normal person. Zach is around the same age as Robert, but ironically he is the tallest kid in their grade standing at 6'02", weight and 145 lbs. and quite the looker. Zach has medium, wavy dirty blonde hair with sapphire blue eyes and due to being a swimmer, he has a nice build too.
"Heard you were having a bad day, little guy. And thought I'd come by to cheer you up." Zach said with a sympathetic smile.
"I'm not in the mood, Zach..."
"Well maybe I can get you in the mood." Zach came into the room and closed the door behind him before flopping himself onto his friend's bed. Robert simply turned over facing the other way, slightly annoyed and just wanting to be left alone. "I'm not leaving until you get over it, you can't keep letting yourself get in your own way from being happy. You're short... So what? I'm taller than everyone else and I get by just fine."
"That's different, you can do cool things because you're tall, like play basketball... Run faster... I don't know, but it's better than being a baby all your life."
Zach started getting tired of Robert's constant pessimism.
"Look Robert, I'm not going to be part of your pity party. So either you can get over yourself and hang out with me, or you can sit in your room and mope all day. I'm your friend, but I'm not going to hang around a bitch all day."
Robert thought for a moment, "If we hang out what did you have in mind?"
Zach pondered for a second, "Well we can play video games, go exploring in the woods, watch porn, or whatever you wanna do."
