Chad quickly chucked the groceries on the passenger seat and drove to Bunky's Gym for another workout session, Chad loved having a pump and whenever he could try and get one, he seized the opportunity. He scanned his membership card and immediately headed straight to the dumbbell rack, picked up that 40kg dumbbells and did about 3 sets of 8 different bicep exercises with no rest in-between, he just switched from one exercise to the next at the end of a the third set. Chad was literally pumping iron, heck even steel. Chad was in direct view of the posing mirror, he turned 90° to check out his bicep pump. His arm usually was 18 inches when flexed, his arm looked as if it were 24 inches, not flexed!!!
Chad was shocked and pulled a wide variety of different bicep poses, his arms are as big as they have ever been. Next he trained triceps, same system with 3 sets of 8 exercises in a row. His arm pumped more steel and was now 30 inches thick, this must be one heck of an arm pump Chad thought.
