The flash of light from the computer completely filled Adam's eyes this time, blinding him momentarily. Ms feeling of dizziness came over him, and then he realised he was lying back on his bed. A bed, anyway. He opened his eyes and went to rise from the bed, thinking that he must have fell asleep, but an extra weight held him down slightly, meanibg he had to push a little harder than he had expected. He felt heavier all over, wondering what had happened, when the glasses on the end of his nose made Adam aware something had actually changed.
Pushing them up to the bridge of his nose, Adam not used to having glasses at all, he finally saw a hand that wasn't his. A brown, fat fingered hand. He sprung up from the bed, the extra weight on his chest carrying the momentum he had built, launching him into the mirror. Adam readjusted the glasses on his face to see a familiar face looking back.
