A great black hole appeared in the sky over Konohagakure and deposited a flaming object into the center of the village. While shinobi tried to calm the people, A certain person appeared to see what was going on. Looking at the strange item, the person picked it up and suddenly became imbued with knowledge. This item was called the Exchanger and was to be used to exchange traits between selected targets.
