"Hey Zaloog, can I have the usual for the lady please?" You asked loudly. He creased at the code word you'd already established, disappeared for a moment, then reappeared with a particular beverage. You winked and accepted a similarly flavoured, non-alcoholic drink for yourself (no use in YOU being woozy). You returned, handed Kisara her flask and sat down next to her. She took a tentative sniff of her glass, then a sip.
"I've never tasted this before. What's in it?"
"It's a mix of the various fruits that grow in this place." Which was, in fact, true. Mostly.
"The flavours are just, dancing, on my tongue." She took a larger sip with a look of contentment on her face. You smiled knowingly at her as you drank your own drink.
Upon telling her that you and Zaloog were old friends, and that he'd serve the two of you as much as you wanted, you were pleased to see two more tankards join the first. Kisara leaned back afterwards, her face flushed and a wide smile resting on it.
You figured it was time to act. " You're a very lovely woman Kisara. You know that?"
"That's sweet of you to say..."
"You're very beautiful."
"Thank you."
"And I'd like to see more of you."
For a frightening moment, she seemed to sober up, but quickly regained her absent-mindedness.
"Before you go any further, there's someone you should meet..."
"Wh-who?" Uh oh. Was she already taken?
"Out there." She nodded towards the window. You turned and jumped to see a giant blue eye staring back at you. The sound of Kisara's loud laughter (unbefitting a woman with her wardrobe) brought you back to your senses.
"O-of course. Blue-Eyes."
The White Dragon took flight and faded away as you caught your breath.
"So that was your friend?"
She nodded. "Just trying to have some fun..." She placed her head on your shoulder. "So. See more of me? When do you want to meet?"
Her naivety surprised you. "I have a house near here," you began "if it wasn't too much trouble, could you grace me with your presence?"
"Very well."
Upon entering your home away from home you bolted the door, you turned to see Kisara sitting on the side of your bed, straightening her dress. She looked up at you questioningly.
