Altered ootomi

The year was 1945, and the empire of Japan was defeated. The Allies were talking about what they should do with the nation. The U.S wanted to apply their own constitution to them but it was the Soviet Union that got the first dip, controlling the northern islands from Hokkaido to half of Tokyo. The U.S , though hesitant at first, agreed to let them hold on to the northern area until the further notice.

In 1949, the democratic people’s republic of Japan was formed from the north while the southern Japan which were occupied by the U.S, established republic of Japan.

This is the altered history of divided Japan, and ootomi high were now under the DPRJ’s control.
