What kind of body-swap are we talking about here?

Is it the 'traditional' body-swap, with both of them suddenly being in each other's bodies, with no other weird stuff happening?

Or is it the lesser known version; wherein Axew and Ash gets each other's bodies, but keep their own lives?

Or perhaps it gets a little weirder, in the sense that they don't swap bodies at all, but it causes both Ash and Axew to think that they HAVE swapped; i.e. they both think that Ash's human body is really Axew's Pokémon body and that Axew's Pokémon body is really Ash's human body?
