Pikachu has Misty's proportions now and vice-versa

In a second, Pikachu goes from looking up at Ash and Misty to looking down at Misty. Pikachu was much taller now, taller than Ash and lankier than any Pikachu had ever been. He had some weird lumps on his chest too. Meanwhile, Misty was only a little over a foot, and had a chubby little ratlike body under her head. Pikachu was, no pun intended, shocked. Yet Ash didn't notice his best friends were now seriously deformed, and from the look of it Misty didn't notice either.
