A typical day in the Kohona's Hospital was never calm. To Sakura it was always hectic and everyday it always seemed to wore her out. Rushing up and down the halls, tending patients, and filing reports to Tsunade just made her think she should be a patient here herself. The only time she was able to relax was on her break and thankfully it was coming up soon. She placed her clipboard down grabbed her lunch and walked out the hospital.
Happily walking out of the hospital she decided were she would go to eat. Her boyfriend Naruto had packed ramen cup from their apartment pleading her to have some. Giving in she took it and left to her troublesome job. She decided to have her lunch break at the Hokage monument loving the view from above. Taking her time preparing her ramen she ate it peacefully enjoying the view from the monument.
Naruto was rushing through the village looking for Sakura desperately. The previous night Sakura had come home from another day of work she had asked him to remove the expired food from the fridge INCLUDING the ramen. Naruto was busy reading a new scroll Kakashi had given him about sealing and repeatedly said yes so he could get back to reading the scroll. He didn't want to stop reading so he decided to multitask. Not paying attention he put the bad ramen in her lunch bag and went back to reading the scrolls.
Bursting through the hospitals doors eyes watched him running down the corridor. He stopped at the chart looking for Sakuras name and saw that she was currently on her lunch break cursing to himself quietly he left the hospital now thinking where she could be. Deciding on the first place to look he went back to his apartment quickly only to find Temari and Ino happily eating the bad ramen he forgot to throw out.
"How did you guys get into the apartment" He asked
"None of your buisness and where is forehead I thought she was gonna come here for her break" Ino said.
"Which is why I am here and who said you could touch my food"
"Calm down dummy we were hungry and since this is your apartment we only found a few cups of ramen to eat". Temari said finishing what seemed to be her 3rd cup.
Naruto frowned he didnt have anymore time to waste he needed to find Sakura. He ran out of his home thinking of another place she could be.
"I wonder what his problem is" Ino said. She placed her second ramen cup on the table now feeling full she noticed that the ramen had tasted funny but payed no attention.
Temari belched loudly blushing furiously as Ino laughed. Both blondes laughing had not notice the expiring date on the ramen they had just consumed.

Another uncomfortable growl erupted from Sakura's stomach it was doing this since she finished her lunch break an hour ago. She had been letting some silent but deadly farts around the hospital wondering what she had eaten to cause this. Her shift would be ending soon but she had to send some hospital reports to Tsunade and with her stomach groaning almost every minute she wasn't gonna see a bathroom for a while.

Sakura groaned her stomach was hurting so much. Looking at the clock her shift had officially ended and now she could finally go home. Grabbing her things she walked quickly out of the hospital heading towards the Hokage Tower.
Reaching there she saw Tsunade sitting behind her desk mumbling about paperwork.
"Lady Tsunade I finished my shift today and here are the reports you asked for" Sakura said placing the reports on her desk.
Tsunade sighed seeing the sight of more papers on her desk. "Thank you very much Sakura and were there no problems at the hospital."
"No not at Lady Tsunade" A small cramped struck her stomach "well that problem" she said to herself.
Noticing that Tsunade was looking at the reports Sakura was hoping that she would dismiss her now.

Tsunade looked up "what was that" she swore she heard something.
"Its nothing Lady Tsunade" Sakura placed her hand on her noisy stomach hoping it would calm down. The pressure in her stomach suddenly seemed to vanish then went quickly into her butt. She tried to clench her cheeks desperately only to fail

Tsunades eyes widened looking up seeing Sakura blushing madly. "If you need to do something Sakura you could have just told me you are dismissed"
"Thank you so much Lady Tsunade and I'm so sorry about this" Sakura quickly left the room with one hand pressed against her buttocks, the other hand wrapped around her stomach. Rushing through the streets she found the public bathroom bursting through the door seeing three stalls entering the middle. Sliding the door shut and locking it behind her, Sakura breathed a sigh of relief as she saw the toilet. She pulled down her shorts revealing a pair of pink lace panties wrapped around her plump buttocks. She slid the panties down to her ankles and planted her rump on the seat. Immediately after relaxing she prepared herself for what was going to happen inside the bowl.
SPPPPRRRRLLLLLLPPPPP!
A loud bubbly fart erupted from her cheeks and sprayed a small amount of crap against the bowl. What followed was a stream of soft crap that flowed quickly out of her rump and splashed into the water. Several more farts and splatterings followed but were suddenly cut off. Sakura placed a hand on her stomach as she felt a loud rumbling sound.
POOOOOOOOOOT! BRRRRPPPFFFF! ffftPLOPffft loose shit combined with gas plopped sickeningly into the toilet.
Sakura gritted her teeth as another cramp ripped through her stomach. The ache in her stomach was still there and it was killing her. She tried rubbing her stomach only to wincing at the touch. The pain was so much she felt like she was going to blow.
The bathroom doors bursted open feet rushing in and voices were herd.
"Hurry up you move so slow" one voice said.
"Shut up I'm desperate just like you are" the other voice replied.
The two females entered the two other empty stalls. Shuffling clothes was heard in the room and both butts landed on the seats at the same time.
FFFFFRRRRRTTTTT! “Ohhhhnn! That felt good"
Sakura's ears perked could that be "Ino is that you"
"Forehead no way" Ino replied.

"Geez Temari you did have to go worse then me" Ino said
"I told you brraa-POOT Ungh" Temari said
"Wait Temari your here too what happened to you guys" Sakura asked.
"We were at your apartment waiting for you but you never showed up. We had some ramen at your apartment and turns out it was expired so here we are all crapping our brains out." Ino explained.
"Naruto your so dead when i find you" Sakura said she knew he would forget to clean out the fridge.
The door opened again revealing two voices who was it
