You tried to scared her using the bad thoughts you had earlier.
"Huh no way Tina, you're just making this up." Julia said with soft laugh
"No really I'm serious, we're dealing with some random shit and as a good older stepsister I should be protecting you." You tried the nice way
"Nah It's ok Tina thank you, I really want to know what will happen." Julia's response was constantly polite, like she's also trying to persuading you to let her read it
"No Julia, I can't let you do that." You slouched your body so it covered the spell.
*read spell*
"Uh umm..." Julia looked strange, she seemed terrified but also hiding something
"Huh... whoa, what's happening?" You felt your body became intangible and for a moment, invisible
"Uh yeah, looks like you had your fun so I'll be going now." Julia said and suddenly scram
"I don't think so Julia." you flew into her body
"Huh, alright..." You walked back into John's room and head to a mirror, grimace, squint, flex in front of it to be assured. "This magic crap must've worth billions, I could be anyone with this haha."
Being able to possess Julia's body you could do stuff she wouldn't do, it's an opportunity to blackmail her. "Why does it feel tight in here." After few minutes though, you felt cramped. You stroked her clothes are loose fits and her bikini straps isn't even tight, it was strange that you felt claustrophobic.
It's strange and made you curious since you're a spirit, it can't be squished. You decided to exit her body.
"Uh you felt that didn't you?" Julia did a 'got busted' meek face
"If you're talking about the cramped space then yes." You said in demand.
Julia then told you that she used the power before you, she confessed that she's Jimmy. You're surprised that a pervert manage to get a hold of this power and now stuck inside your stepsister. Julia, or rather Jimmy told you that he went by your house. He met John outside while doing the lawn, he was bored so he head to John's room to turn on the console. At John's room, he saw this scroll and was attracted to it. "Then you turn into a spirit and curious so you possess someone nearby..." You interjected, you already caught his drift.
"Um Tina, can I borrow the scroll so I could get out of Julia?
You and Julia weren't really fond with each other, you always saw her as an insecure and annoying with her 'mature' demeanor while she kept saying how a fitness freak you are. It's a golden ticket to blackmail her by having Jimmy doing whatever he, meaning, a childish pervert usually does with Julia's face. Then you're back to your bad thoughts again, what if Jimmy's spirit merge with Julia's, it's fun to think about the twist but it felt like 'murder' of the real Julia.
