High up in the atmosphere, an small rock was hurdling towards the earth. As it pass over a open field, the heat of entry cause it to break it up until it was a small peddle that finally touch down, making little to no fuss, and unknown to anyone.
The rock itself had SOME form of life from the origin of the small vessel, microscopic germs, which soon began to evolve and flourish, soon growing into a small sapling in the field... which is then consumed by a steer.
Though it eaten, it still lived... the lifeform manage to burrow itself within the animal until it was time to move on... that would happen if the animal wasn't killed and cut up. With little to no living tissue, the alien lifeform was stuck in the slab of dead meat... that is until it reached it's fast food restaurant where the meat patty was exposed to so many preservatives and chemicals for flavor (as well as the hormones from the steer itself) cause a slight change in the mysterious lifeform's enigmatic abilities.
Soon, the patty was served to Jake. A rather short 5'foot even, human teen. Though well in his 16s, Jake still look like a tween, hardly showing any signs of puberty. Barely having height or drive for someone his age. He was already a meek and shy kid with mediocre grades and skills. What little friends he had have already left him behind, being attracted to interests and drives. Heck, Jake did had a girlfriend, Lana, but she left him for a jock, telling him that Jake was just a little boy to her and couldn't fill her needs. That's what brings Jake here.
Sad and alone, he came to his favorite childhood restaurant, trying to find some joy he had in his childhood. And as he ate his favorite burger, it was a bitter pill to swallow. Jake wished he could change, to finally grow out his shell and be a man. He wanted just be bigger and take a bite out of whatever life gave him.
As soon as he done, Jake didn't felt better. He was still sad and bitter, but now a little bitter, thinking that the burger he had did seem slightly off and making him feel less full than it usually does... unaware that the now reanimated lifeform is now calling his body home... and ready to help him to grant his wish...
