The DAX disease.

The DAX or DNA Altering X-chromosome disease mutates the Y-chromosome in boys and men to an X, rewriting their DNA code, making them fully functional females within a few agonizing hours. This painful transformation is permanent and those who undergo this transformation often lose some or all of their memory due to the trauma of the ordeal.

On such boy catches the disease and slowly changes over the course of his day. This is his story.
