Darkware

Suddenly behind everyone all the skyscrapers begin to dematerialize and everyone panics as all the metal begins to glow black with blue highlights and form a faceless giantess of pure energy and steel. Soyaka shrieks and flies down and wraps her wings around the robot giantess, but only receives an electric shock that gives her great pain and blows her back.
As Soyaka is forced back into human form, she gets up to sees the robot giantess laughing in a metallic voice. "Darkware!" yells Soyaka. "You're still alive." Darkware, the living virus holds up her mechanical hands and shows her huge claws. "Nothing can destroy Darkware. You should know that." Darkware was a computer virus meant to be used as a weapon of war. But she was used to hack into a complicated network that bathed her in a strange energy that gave her malicious sentience and the ability to leave the computer world as a being of electrical energy. She could absorb anything metal or mechanical and use it to upgrade herself.
Soyaka thought she deleted Darkware last time they met but this was apparently not the case. Soyaka switches to robot form, turning her body into a red and silver form with long wires for hair. She turns her mechanical hands into photon bazookas and fires at Darkware, but Darkware melts herself into an electric robotic ooze and slinks up to Soyaka. Soyaka keeps firing at Darkware but Darkware dodges every shot and Soyaka is forced to run as she keeps firing and then Darkware responses by dematerializing more buildings and growing bigger as she moves towards Soyaka. Soyaka activates the sonic cannon in her chest and then unleashes it, managing to disrupt Darkware and cause her pain.
Soyaka sure of her victory walks up towards the cyber giantess and focuses her cannon, but when it looks like she's about to win, Darkware touches her foot and begins to disappear into Soyaka. In the process Soyaka's body turns black with blue highlights just like Darkware. She tries to morph into a new form, but Darkware spreads too fast and soon Soyaka's mechanical body up to her neck is consumed by Darkware and merged to the virus. Darkware gives an evil laugh as Soyaka grunts and struggles. "Soon, we will be one Soyaka. You should've chosen a different form, for now your body is mine!"
