Elisabeth Mars is a New York City cop who has been investigating the strange going ons regarding an eclipse that seems to be bringing out supernatural voice. She has become aware of Phantasm's existence and while she doesn't know exactly what they're up to, Elisabeth is determined to track them down. Fortunately for Phantasm, Elisabeth possesses a titan aura and has the potential to turn into a giantess gargoyle.
Avalon is an agent of Phantasm whose real name is a mystery, but she is the one keeping track of every woman who has the potential to become a titan. Recently Avalon discovered that she herself has the potential to become a titan and is now on the run from the rest of Phantasm lest she be found and unwillingly transformed into a gigantic unicorn.
