Pregnant Expansion - A sharp shooting pain goes...

Jack felt a sudden, strong cramp run through his stomach.
He curled over, letting out a grunt.
"Are you ok honey?" His mother said.
"Stomach hurts."
"Well this is your stop, so good timing " His dad said.
Jack picked his head up and looked oit the window, they were at his apartment complex.
"Alright, thanks for the ride."
"You're welcome. Give us a call if you end up sick. Otherwise, we gonna hang out freeballin'"
Jack rolled his eyes at his dad, got his stuff and got out of the car.
Standing up, his pants felt tight.
He waved at his parents and started walking.
His pants grew even tighter as he walked, looking down he could see his belly curving out his shirt, looking like he'd spent to long at the buffet.
He looked around and saw no one was nearby. He undid his belt, feeling some weight dropping as his pants loosened.
His belly seemed even larger now, like he was pushing it out.
'What the hell?' He thought.
He could feel pressure growing inside of his stomach, and as it grew it took on weight. As his stomach steadily grew, the weight settled in his hips.
He now wobbled from foot to foot, and his pants felt tighter around th bottom of his stomach and his hips.
He began to panic, his belly getting so large he was having trouble walking.
Part of him wanted to call his parents, part of him just wanted to get ro his apartment.
