For that purpose, he steels from Bird Brain the "Embarrassinator 3000" a pistol that fires a ray that makes the victim do embarrassing things. Especially created for Agent Katswell, the pistol ray has many options. The Chameleon finds Agent Katswell in the street, and fires to her.
