Knowing this new power was a true thing Sakura's mind instantly jumped to an idea that was incredible and would be an amazing thing if it could actually be pulled off like she wanted. Not even bothering to try any more tests with her new abilities she closed her eyes once more after performing the required hand signs, a mental image forming in her head of what she wanted however this time it wasn't something as small and simple as a flower and was rather something that would affect the entire ninja world.
Her legs gave out under her once the image passed and she collapsed onto her plump rear exhausted and panting. The jutsu had obviously taken more out of her this time than when she had just created the flower. Opening her eyes she didn't know what to expect, everything looked the same for the most part and nothing really seemed that different. She was almost uncertain if her attempts had even worked but before she had a chance to question it out loud a voice came calling out to her by name. Coming towards her was her sempai Shizune with little Tonton the pig in her arms.
"Sakura are you alright? Do you need any help?" The older woman asked concerned while looking down at Tsunade's younger student.
"I'll be fine Shizune-sempai, I just pushed myself a little too much during my training and now I'm too exhausted is all." Sakura let out a weak laugh to try and go along with her cover up story. The raven haired woman sighed before smiling.
"I don't know what to do with you sometimes Sakura. Let me give you a hand." Reaching out Shizune extended her hand while bending forward towards the pink haired girl but instead of reaching for her hand she seemed to grab her head by the hair instead. "Tsunade-sama wanted to see you so you can just borrow my body for now and I'll give you yours back once it's recovered." She said. It took Sakura a minute to process what was going on and by the time she did her head was already lifted off her neck with a comedic "pop". Shizune then proceeded to do the same with her own head and removed it from her neck before placing it down on Sakura's body.
Reaching out with her new hands Shizune took Sakura's head and slowly got up only to place the young girl on top of her more developed body to the pink haired girl's hidden surprise. "You weren't kidding when you said you were exhausted Sakura. Your chakra is almost all used up. But don't worry, I'll build it back up and give it back to you once your meeting with Tsunade-sama is over. Now get going, you shouldn't keep her waiting." Shizune smiled at her.
Nodding Sakura could only try to hide her nervousness at the situation and turned around to walk away and leave Shizune, Tonton and her own body behind and meet with her teacher. 'I guess the jutsu worked. If Shizune was able to trade her whole body with me then anyone should be able to trade whatever parts of themselves they want with anyone else. This is great! This should mean less people fighting over petty things like appearances and how they look. I wonder how the world is now with such a drastic change.' She thought while walking the streets of Konoha.
