Being pinned against the ground, Timmy knew there was no hope. Suddenly, a noise came from Tootie's stomach. She seemed to not be aware of anything wrong. Hmm, Tootie must be hungry... or... oh no. He soon realized what Vicky likely meant earlier now. No way did he want to deal with that. He squirmed his was just far enough loose telling the girl. "T-tootie, I need to go to the bathroom, let me go." She obliged. "I'll be waiting for you" she lovingly said, adding in a blown kiss his way. Timmy headed towards the door and nodded to his fairies before leaving the room.
Once inside the bathroom, he locked the door and turned around to watch his fairies poof in. "Guys, I have to undo the wish... things about about to get... messy. The pair looked confused. "What do you mean Timmy?" He did his best to contain his panic. "I think Tootie is about to..." He couldn't quite say the words but the point was made as they gave him an 'Ahh' in response. "Please Wanda, you wouldn't force her to do that would you?" She rubbed her chin. "Well I guess that would be a bit cruel. Ok, as long as you learned your lesson this time." He nodded. "I did. Now... I wish Tootie was back to normal!" The couple raised their wands as the came to life... only to dull down and limp over to a simultaneous 'Uh-oh'. "What do you mean 'Uh-oh'?!?" Timmy exclaimed, knowing what this response had meant.
Wanda poofed in Da Rules and flipped though it. "Well sport, you know how we can't interfere with true love?" Timmy crossed his arms, clearly upset. "What does that have to do with anything?" "Well, for whatever reason it seems her diapers are tied to her love. Maybe it's because you told her that it was ok or maybe she liked wearing them before your wish." Wanda did her best to explain why the wish hadn't gone though but she herself wasn't sure. "WHAT?!? Timmy was livid but Cosmo couldn't contain it any longer. "HA! Who actually likes wearing diapers? What a baby, right Timmy?" Before he could respond Wanda finally lost it. "That's enough Cosmo!" She waved her wand and with that Cosmo was poofed into a stroller, bottle in his mouth and only wearing a diaper. "Umm, what's going on?" Timmy was completely lost. "Well Timmy, remember that time I turned him into a Mamma's boy? Turns out Cosmo likes wearing diapers. I guess I'm his mother now." Wanda turned to look at Cosmo who just ignored her and drank his bottle. "Listen Timmy, sometimes others like things you might find weird and that's ok. Just make the best of the situation." Timmy pondered on her words before finally accepting her way of thinking. "You're right Wanda, I know just what to do. I'm gonna..."
