Chapter #6Time for a talk. by: Meterox   "No," you think to yourself. "Don't swap anything. This isn't right. I don't know what on earth you are, but keep calm for now. I will eventually want to get out, but keep it down for now, will you?"
With this inner monologue, the entity you felt before seemed to grumble in an inexplicable way, but then went on to make itself unapparent as before. You seemed to have convinced it - and it seems to be conscious with desires and feelings of sorts as well.
The nurse started taking your clothes off, and you couldn't help but blush. Of course, a boner which you couldn't feel followed soon after, with you never having really had close contact to girls this was expected. You could practically feel how uncomfortable the nurse was as she tried her best to not let it affect her. She started cleaning you, and you finally mustered up enough courage to speak...
"Uhm... about what happened earlier... uhh..."
The nurse gave you a quick glance and seemed to shudder for a second. It seemed as if she was scared and tried to forget about it. But you knew that things couldn't stay this way, you want to find a solution. Sooner or later you will have to make a move, you doubt that this... thing inside of you will be satisfied if you never let it do its thing.
"I don't know how this happened, but it's a first. I, uh, I really don't know how to approach this, but I think it's better if we talk about it. You and I... both know that what happened yesterday was not normal. There's... uhm... a thing, or something, inside of me. I can't describe it. It's like a being using me as it's host. It doesn't feel like anything I've ever felt before and I can't even describe it. But I felt it "light up" so to speak when the... thing happened. You know. When my head was on your body."
You never really had a problem to speak, but you lacked social skills and awareness to really start and hold a decent conversation. For this matter though, you didn't care. You just want to talk to her about it.
She continued scrubbing your body and after a couple moments replied without looking at you.
"You want my body again, don't you? It's what you want, isn't it? What you told me is unbelievable, but I'll have to believe it because I was victim of it before. I guess it's no use to try and run, if you really wanted to, you probably could get me anyway, isn't that right?"
"No! No, I mean, I don't want to steal your body! That's wrong! If I really wanted to, I would have done it already, right? When the swap happened, I genuinely felt bad for you and thought you don't deserve this, I consciously wanted to give you your body back. But I have decided that I can't stay like this... now that I already seem to have this power, I want to at least use it to regain control over what I never should have lost control over!"
You noticed how you raised your voice towards the end of the sentence. You were determined to find a way out of here, possibly without harming anyone, at least anyone that doesn't deserve it...
The nurse seemed to lighten up a bit once she realized that you aren't a malicious type of person.
"Haha... I guess you're right. It would probably be all over already if you really wanted to just steal my body. I believe you. This is really hard to grasp, but I admire that you don't immediately abuse this power of yours after finding yourself paralyzed. It's only natural that you want to be back on your own two feet, I don't blame you for wanting that. But what is your plan then? I don't really see how this ends without someone else ending up in your paralyzed body..."
You thought for a bit. She was probably right. But right now, you wanted to test something else first.
"Probably, I'm not sure, but that's why I want to test the powers further. I only ever did one swap so far, and I absolutely have no clue what the limits of this power are. I surely could find out by force, but, as you know by now, I want to do this with as little damage as possible, and I don't want anyone else to find out about this as well. So... nurse, would you be willing to, uh, help me with testing the limits of this? I'm sure you're also at least a bit curious about what this power can do, right...?"
The nurse looked at you now, a little shocked, but it seemed as if she expected this question.   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
