Initially, the two canines were intimidated at seeing a formidable looking opponent their size for the first time.
"You guys aren't losing your nerve are you?" Neil taunted as Silent Echo clenched its fist and took a step forward. "Kiba, you and Terra get out of here while I hold the line. I'll leave as soon as you guys clear the area.
Kiba nodded, "See you at the fall back point."
As Kiba and Terra escaped through the back door, the policegot over they're initial shock and attempted to pursue them. Neil didn't allow it however, as he moved to block the path with Silent Echo and slugged the nearest officer. The blow knocked the canine clean off his feet and landed him flat on his back. "Next?" Neil chimed as he faced the remaining two officers. Both of the drew their sidearms in response and fired a few warning shots which harmlessly glanced off of the armor. Neil moved forward quicker than either of then could react smashing into the first officer with a shoulder ram. The canine was flung into a brick wall across the room where he collapsed with a pained groan.
The final officer threw himself into Silent Echo's, locking Neil into a strangle hold while attempting to bite through the armor on the head neck sections. Neil was caught off guard and thrown off balance, struggling to keep his footing.
"Your going down freak!" The officer growled as he bit and clawed at the armor.
"Let's agree to disagree, shall we?" Neil replied as four sets of slats opened to reveal thrusters in his back and shins, each of which fired off a short burst sending his attacker tumbling across the floor. Neil turned to face the dazed officer and using the thrusters he launched himself into the air and literally body slammed the weakened anthro before standing up and heading for the back door. "I'm done here, but the the next faze of the war is just beginning..."
