In fact if you've thrown a :

1$ - It work perfectly
50¢ - The wish work with one or two annoying details who makes the wish not so perfect.
25¢ - The wish work with a counter part who is really annoying and almost impossible to ignore.
10¢ - The wish is fulfilled litteraly, making the wishes really dangerous.
5¢ - The wishing is really random and dangerous, often far from what you were wishing.
1¢ - The wishes are evil, they seem to work well and then turn into a living hell.
