Fact: In terms of a video game, he would be a psychopath boss battle who is royally screwed up in the head for one reason or another.
Move-set: Besides regular harpoons
-Rocket harpoons, harpoons propelled by a rocket which has increased speed, velocity, and damage.
-Explosive harpoon, harpoons strapped with explosives that can, well, EXPLODE
-Chained harpoon, essentially a harpoon with a chain, it can be used to get you closer to him
-Ballistic charge, for a guy in a bulky suit he can move pretty fast...also this can hurt if you don't dodge.
Story: There was once a man that lived alone in a cottage in the middle of a forest by a lake. This lake in particular was special as it was unnaturally deep and it had underwater channels that went far to other places and led to secret locations that most people wouldn't know about. Frequently he would dive under to look for anything of value. Time from time he would find something of value or something mysterious and would either sell to someone or just keep it for other reasons. Then one day a young girl with amnesia wandered into his cottage (By the way this is absolutely not suspicious at all, there is no way that this could lead to something bad) and out of kindness of his heart, he decided to take care of her until someone came out looking for her. But then crap happened...
Battleground: Probably either under the lake or around the lake.
