Yesterday you were called into a Pokemon sim to find a student had intentionally found and captured a Misingno for shits and giggles, corrupting most of the data of that world, turning Kanto into a hellish chaos of broken textures and violently insane AI. You were forced to reboot the sim from a month-old backup save, resetting several users' inventories and Pokemon. They had not been best pleased. One little girl had gone near catatonic at your explanation of why her beloved Pikachu had been wiped from existence.
You don't know what it is about the students that make them such prodigious game-breakers, though you suspect the large quantities of alcohol, and cannabis they consume before plugging themselves into VR might be a factor.
You hesitate on the stairs, eyes fixed on the bleeping alert, willing it to stop. It doesn't. You rush upstairs, grab a trusty nerd and throw him at the reception desk with orders not to touch the espresso machine and dash back to the blue room.
