Clinging to a girl's shoe for dear life

You held on to the lip of her boot with all your might, you did not want to be found and questioned. Who knows what she'd do to a tiny person?
"Huh, it must have just been my imagination..." Athena thought aloud. It was somehow even more humiliating that your were right in front of her face, but were so tiny she didn't even notice you.
You truly were a speck in front of a goddess...
With that, she moved her boot back to the ground to put it on again. Her giant foot was headed right towards you again. You knew that this was going to be painful for you yet again.
The giantess nonchalantly put on her boot, and the shaking caused you to lose your grip, falling back into the dark, smelly pit of despair that was this cute girl's footwear.
You landed unceremoniously with a thud. A slight squelching sound was made as you landed face first on the insole, sweat splashing up at you and covering your tiny body once more. It got in your eyes and stung a bit. And some got in your mouth. It was salty and you wanted to spit it out, but your mouth was so dry that you almost didn't mind getting a sip of her foot sweat. How cruel...
You once again felt a pressure throughout your body. Her foot was completely crushing you once again without even knowing it. After a whole day of being walked on, you were very tired and sore.
It was night now (presumably, you couldn't tell time trapped inside a boot). Athena takes off your portable prison, and the discomfort she felt under her foot all day disappeared. Now she was sure she was walking on something all day.
This time she took off her boot, and shook it vigorously, releasing you into the palm of her hand. You were too weak to even hang onto anything this time.
Athena was shocked to see you.
"I...I can't believe you're a person, a tiny person... And you spent all day at the mercy of my foot..." she gasped.
You couldn't believe this was happening either. Did you stay silent or try to introduce yourself?
