Lizzie knew by now that she was never going to fall asleep if she didn't do something, and this night was never going to end. At least, it seemed like it wouldn't.
She was home for spring break, sleeping in her own bedroom once again. She had been out with her friends several times, but tonight had felt a little under the weather, and had gone to bed early as a result. However, her headache cleared up and she soon felt better, but wide awake.
Lizzie's parents were away on a weekend trip, and her sister was out on a date. Knowing she was alone in the house, Lizzie decided not to force herself to try to sleep. Instead, she got out of bed, took off her pajamas, and walked naked down two flights of stairs to the basement.
The basement had the room for what she wanted to do, and was the entertainment and recreation room of the house in any event.
After stretching out, Lizzie began to do a yoga routine. Lizzie had wanted to exercise in the nude for a long time, and had recently started doing so. She loved the feel of exercising when she didn't have a stitch on. She found it relaxing and at the same time exhilarating.
Lost in her routine, Lizzie forgot about everything except her yoga moves until a voice said, "Is that your sister? Whoa, she's naked."
LIzzie stood up, facing the stairs as she did so. Her sister, Jenny, and Jenny's boyfriend, Josh, stood on the landing. They must have come home in order to make out, not realizing Lizzie had stayed home, or thinking she was still in bed if they did know.
Jenny didn't seem to be fazed at seeing her sister without a stitch of clothing on; by now, she was used to it. That left Josh, who was staring with wide-open eyes at his girlfriend's naked older sister. He was obviously delighted at what he saw, as Lizzie had a good body.
