It didn't take much to convince the band of heroes; caravan guarding was a job that indeed payed well, and it ranked rather low on the Most Dangerous Jobs in Decatar list.
The kangaroo smiled happily when they agreed to the task. "Very well then," he said, pulling out a scroll and spreading it out, "Just sign your names here and we expect you in a weeks time to guard our caravans."
They did as he asked, and, after tucking away the scroll, gave a bow and left. "Charming fellow," commented Cassy.
"And a rich one too," said Tabitha, jingling a fat coin purse.
