So normally it’d be out of character for sonic to kidnap Sally and since scourge is another option let’s see what explanations for him kinapping sally are:
Another dimensions Sonic (Besides Scourge)
maybe Zonic, Fleetway or an evil female sonic kidnapped sally?

A Brainwashed/Mindswapped Eggboss Sonic
Maybe sonic isn’t feeling like himself... literally!

A Roboticized Sonic
Maybe Sallys been kidnapped by some version of Mecha Sonic

Sonic is normal, Sally isn’t
Maybe Sally’s been brainwashed or altered in some way and doesn’t realize it and Sonics just trying to keep her safe from herself.
